The best part besides not having grease splattered all over your kitchen walls is how easy it is to prepare…just put it on a foil lined pan & pop it in the oven.
I know..I have those "why didn't I think of that" moments all the time. I make our bacon in the oven most of the time. THanks for sharing at Must Try Monday.

I have been doing this for the last 2 months after I had a bad grease pop incident that blistered my hand in a couple of places, even when the bacon was cooking on a low temp 🙁
